01/ PAYMENT TROUBLESHOOTING
If your payment failed during checkout, the most common reason is a mismatch in billing data or a bank-level block on international transactions. OUTSYDE uses Stripe for all processing.
- • Check billing ZIP/Postcode
- • Ensure card is enabled for online use
- • Try an alternative card or Apple/Google Pay
02/ MISSING TICKETS
Tickets are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation. If you haven't received yours:
- • Check SPAM / JUNK folders
- • Search for "tickets@outsyde.com"
- • Confirm the email address used during checkout
03/ REFUND POLICY
OUTSYDE is a platform for independent artists. Refund policies are set by each artist individually. By default, the 3% OUTSYDE service fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of transaction processing.
04/ SCANNING ISSUES
If your QR code is not scanning at the door, increase your screen brightness to maximum and ensure your screen is not cracked across the QR area.
