TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATED: APRIL 30, 2026
WHAT OUTSYDE IS
OUTSYDE is a ticketing platform for independent artists and event organizers. We provide tools to create events, sell tickets, and manage attendees. We are not a venue, promoter, or ticket broker.
ACCOUNTS
Artists create accounts to host events. You are responsible for your account credentials. Accounts must represent real people or legitimate entities. One account per artist.
FEES
OUTSYDE charges a 3% platform fee on each ticket sold. This fee is deducted automatically at time of purchase.
Payment processing fees (Stripe) are separate and disclosed at checkout. Artists receive payouts directly to their connected Stripe account. OUTSYDE never holds artist funds.
TICKETS AND EVENTS
Artists are responsible for the events they create and the tickets they sell. OUTSYDE is not liable for cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented events.
Refund policies are set by the artist. OUTSYDE provides tools to facilitate refunds but is not obligated to issue them on an artist's behalf.
FAN DATA
Artists own their fan data collected through OUTSYDE. OUTSYDE will not market to, sell, or share fan email addresses with third parties.
Fans consent to receive transactional emails (ticket confirmation, event reminders) when purchasing. Artists may send one post-show email blast to attendees per event.
Mass unsolicited emails violate these terms and may result in account suspension.
PROHIBITED USE
No fraudulent events. No ticket scalping or unauthorized resale facilitation. No harassment of fans or other artists. No impersonation. Violations result in immediate account termination.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Artists retain all rights to their music, imagery, and content uploaded to OUTSYDE. By uploading content you grant OUTSYDE a limited license to display it for the purpose of operating the platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUTSYDE's liability is limited to fees paid to OUTSYDE in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for lost revenue from cancelled events, technical outages, or third-party payment processing failures.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Artists will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of OUTSYDE after notification constitutes acceptance.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be 13 or older to use OUTSYDE. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Individual events may impose their own age restrictions (18+, 21+, etc.). Those restrictions are set and enforced by the organizer and/or venue — not OUTSYDE. OUTSYDE is not responsible for enforcing event-level age limits.
Purchasing a ticket requires you to be 18 or older, or to have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
USER CONTENT & CONDUCT
Users and organizers retain ownership of content they post to OUTSYDE (photos, descriptions, event listings). By posting content you grant OUTSYDE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You may not post content that is illegal, infringes third-party intellectual property, is hateful or discriminatory, or is materially misleading. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, including dates, venues, lineups, and ticket prices.
OUTSYDE may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
DISPUTES
Disputes related to events — including cancellations, refunds, venue issues, or lineup changes — are between the attendee and the organizer. OUTSYDE is not a party to those disputes.
OUTSYDE will assist in good faith (providing transaction records, facilitating communication) but cannot compel organizers to issue refunds or make attendees whole.
Filing a chargeback with your bank for a valid ticket purchase may result in account suspension pending review.
These terms are not a substitute for legal advice.
